Mountain Chalet receives nothing for recommending Christelle, we do so because we have experienced 1st hand Christelle’s attention to detail and fantastic ski coaching. Our daughter (Catrin aged 9) ski races and has had a myriad of ski instructors over the last 5 years, in the 2014 / 15 winter season Catrin had a week with Christelle and she had a fabulous experience. Without doubt Christelle has been the best ski coach she (and us as parents) has experienced, because of this we feel safe and confident to recommend Christelle to you!

Massage & Physio
Either at our Chalet or at Physio Ski – whichever is more convenient to you. For more information and to book a sports massage or a relaxing massage or you need to see a physio contact Physio Ski and they will be happy to help.
They allow the body to re-connect with its freedom of movement and regulating its energy, to help self-healing. The physiotherapists and osteopaths will describe the steps they are about to take, and can recommend movements, exercises and nutritional advice to clients who would like more information.
These massages create an immediate sense of peace in your physical and nervous system. Performed by physiotherapists or osteopaths who are there to listen, they are particularly recommended for relaxing people who are stressed and to let the body and mind regenerate.
Novices and experienced people will benefit from the very same treatments that athletes from the French Ski Federation receive, to optimise their muscular performance. These massages increase cardio-vascular circulation and the elasticity of the involved muscle groups.
